Classmates the Planning Committee hopes the following information will answer some of the questions we have received about the cost of the planned events-
The LHS 40th Reunion celebration has been planned based on a sliding scale of the number of participants and thus budget. The more participants that register early, the more the committee can offer. Currently, the basics include: • Friday’s event includes reserving the Pavilion at Fox Hollow with appetizers and live music. • Saturday’s event includes reserving a ball room at Lakewood Country Club, providing dinner and entertainment. • We are also planning a Sunday picnic and perhaps a golf tournament depending on available budget and interest. Golf will be paid for by those participating not by any of your reunion ticket cost!!! • Other costs include paying for the web page development and any postage. The committee hopes to increase the quantity and quality of food and entertainment at each event, however, this will be a function of available budget (IE number of classmates that attend). If you would like to learn more, we invite you to an upcoming committee meeting where specific budgets and activities are planned. *** Please note, that 100% of your reunion fees go towards the cost of the event, the web page and postage. The reunion committee is all volunteer and does not receive any benefit from ticket sales. ***
